We have been using Cold Hollow for years now. We are so very happy to have found them. Every single one of the vets is gentle, caring and very easy to talk to. They are all true animal lovers. They connect right away to all our horses and goats. They handle them gently, talking to them all the while and the animals respond accordingly. When we have emergencies, they call back promptly, take our information, and advise us what to do and expect until they get here. They are very interactive with us until the animal is better. In cases where euthanasia is needed, they are kind and sensitive, and will give us time to say goodbye, if we need it. They perform a variety of large animal related services. We have them trim our goats' feet, take fecal samples and, occasionally worming. They are really good with the animals and their rates are reasonable.
